Third-party software, open-source tools, public datasets, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licenses.
3. Limited License for Personal Learning
When you purchase a DEH course or membership, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the included materials for your own learning and professional development, subject to your purchase terms and applicable access period.
Your enrollment does not grant you permission to reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit DEH's proprietary content.
Unless we expressly authorize an activity in writing, your access is for your own individual learning and does not permit you to share course materials or membership benefits with others.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by DEH or permitted by applicable law.
4.1 Unauthorized Copying and Distribution
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or circulate DEH course materials outside the authorized learning environment.
- Upload course videos, PDFs, project files, interview guides, or other proprietary resources to Google Drive, Dropbox, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, Discord servers, public websites, file-sharing services, or similar platforms for unauthorized access.
- Share, sell, rent, license, or otherwise distribute DEH materials to friends, colleagues, other students, or third parties.
- Make DEH's paid content available through piracy websites, unauthorized course marketplaces, or public repositories.
4.2 Unauthorized Recording
You must not record, screen-capture, photograph, reproduce, or otherwise capture paid course videos, live classes, mentorship sessions, project walkthroughs, or other restricted learning content for unauthorized redistribution or commercial use.
This restriction applies to screen recordings, audio recordings, screenshots, and other methods of capturing proprietary materials, subject to applicable law and any written authorization from DEH.
4.3 Account Sharing and Unauthorized Access
- Share your DEH account credentials with another person or allow another person to access your membership through your account.
- Purchase a membership for one individual and distribute its access to multiple unauthorized users.
- Circumvent access controls, membership restrictions, or other technical safeguards.
- Attempt to access restricted materials or accounts without authorization.
4.4 Resale and Commercial Exploitation
You must not resell, repackage, sublicense, commercially distribute, or present DEH's proprietary course materials, project implementations, interview resources, or instructional content as your own product or training program.
You must not use DEH's proprietary materials to create or deliver a competing course, training product, or paid educational service without prior written authorization.
4.5 Misrepresentation and Removal of Ownership Information
You must not remove copyright notices, watermarks, ownership identifiers, or other proprietary notices from DEH materials, or misrepresent DEH's content as your own original work.
4.6 Unauthorized Use of Community Materials
Content shared within private DEH groups, mentorship sessions, member communities, or other restricted channels must not be redistributed outside those environments without authorization.
Members must respect the confidentiality of private member discussions and must not share another member's personal information, private messages, or individual learning discussions without appropriate permission.
5. Source Code, Projects, and Technical Implementations
DEH teaches technologies such as Python, SQL, PySpark, AWS services, data pipelines, data warehousing, and other Data Engineering tools.
You may use the technical skills you acquire to build your own projects, pursue employment, and develop your professional career. However, you must distinguish between the skills you learn and DEH's proprietary educational materials.
Unless otherwise authorized, you must not redistribute DEH's original project walkthroughs, instructional code packages, proprietary project documentation, teaching videos, or complete educational implementations as a substitute for DEH's paid offerings.
This policy does not claim ownership over general programming concepts, independently developed work, public-domain materials, or third-party code that is lawfully available under its applicable license.
6. Monitoring and Investigation
DEH may investigate reasonably suspected violations of this policy to protect its intellectual property and membership environment.
Where appropriate and lawful, we may review relevant account activity, access patterns, reports, or publicly available material to investigate suspected unauthorized sharing or distribution.
We may request clarification or supporting information from a member and may take proportionate protective action where there is credible evidence of a violation. Nothing in this section authorizes DEH to access your personal devices or private accounts without appropriate legal authority or consent.
7. Consequences of Violations
A violation of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions, depending on the nature, seriousness, and circumstances of the violation:
• A formal warning or request to stop the unauthorized activity.
• Suspension or termination of access to affected courses, memberships, learning platforms, or private communities.

We will assess suspected violations based on the available evidence and the circumstances of each case.
