Users may request cancellation of their enrollment within 7 days from the date of purchase. 
Cancellation requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Course content fully accessed or downloaded
Personalized or customized services

3. How to Request Cancellation

Gather Your Information: Prepare your purchase details: transaction ID, date, email, and phone number
Email us: Send us the purchased details on our email at connect@dataengineeringhub.in.
Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
Requests submitted through other channels may not be considered valid.

4. Information Required

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Date of purchase
  • Registered email
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for cancellation

5. Access After Cancellation

Once a cancellation request is approved, access to the platform will be revoked immediately.
This includes:
• Course content
• Live sessions
• Community access
• Any associated resources

6. Time-Bound Programs & Memberships

Our programs (e.g., Silver, Gold, Diamond) are time-bound learning commitments (typically valid for a fixed duration such as 1 year).
Cancellation is only applicable within the defined cancellation window. After this period, users will continue to have access for the remaining duration as per the original enrollment terms.

7. Non-Transferability

• Course enrollments and memberships are non-transferable.
• Cancellation does not allow transferring access to another individual.

8. Platform-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access without prior notice in cases of:
 • Violation of platform policies
• Misuse or unauthorized sharing of content
• Inappropriate behavior within the community or sessions

9. Policy Updates

We may update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.
Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
