7-Day Refund Policy From the date of purchase

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

Eligible for Refund

Request made within 7 days of purchase
First-time purchase of that specific product
Valid reason provided for dissatisfaction
Less than 25% of the course content has been accessed

Not Eligible for Refund

Request made after 7 days
More than 25% of the course content has been accessed
Course content fully accessed or downloaded
Personalized or customized services
Violation of platform terms or misuse of course material

Refund Processing & Deductions

Approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges and GST handling fees.
For payments made through UPI, the payment gateway charges may be higher, and the applicable deduction will be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

How to Request a Refund

Gather Your Information: Prepare your purchase details: transaction ID, date, email, and phone number
Email us: Send us the purchased details on our email at connect@dataengineeringhub.in.
Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
Receive Your Refund: If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
